About Dynagric Ecotours
Uganda's premier centre for organic agriculture, fish farming, and agricultural learning.
From Humble Ponds to a Model Farm
In 2019, Dynagric Ecotours began with just two fish ponds in the wetlands of Kashenyi, Bushenyi District. The founder saw what most people overlooked: that a small piece of land in Western Uganda, properly managed with modern techniques, could become a thriving centre for sustainable agriculture.
Two ponds became fourteen. Then came the automated fish tanks, hydroponics, livestock, and banana plantations with smart irrigation. Each system was designed to feed into the next — nothing is wasted.
What began as a commercial fish farm soon became something larger. Farmers from neighbouring districts arrived unannounced, wanting to learn. Students from universities requested visits. Agricultural officers asked for demonstrations. Education became central to Dynagric — not by design, but by demand.
Today, Dynagric Ecotours stands as proof that African agriculture can be modern, profitable, and sustainable — all at once.
Empower communities through sustainable, commercial agriculture
We demonstrate that organic farming is not just good for the earth — it is good for the pocket. Through hands-on training, live demonstrations, and consultancy, we equip farmers with the knowledge and confidence to build profitable, sustainable operations.
East Africa's leading organic agriculture demonstration and learning centre
We are building a model that can be studied, replicated, and scaled across the region. A place where the next generation of African farmers comes to learn what is possible when tradition meets innovation.
Milestones That Shaped Us
Two Ponds, One Vision
Dynagric begins with two fish ponds in the wetlands of Kashenyi, Bushenyi District. A single idea: prove that sustainable agriculture can thrive in Western Uganda.
Expansion Begins
Growth from 2 to 14 wetland fish ponds. The farm proves its model works — and neighbours start paying attention.
Automation & Aquaculture
13 automated, aerated fish tanks installed alongside the ponds. Modern aquaculture meets traditional farming wisdom.
Integrated Farming
Hydroponic systems, piggery, and livestock operations come online. Every system feeds the next — zero waste becomes the operating principle.
The Learning Centre
Farmers, students, and researchers start visiting by the busload. Education becomes central — not by design, but by demand.
A Model for East Africa
A fully integrated, zero-waste organic farm and learning centre. Smart banana plantations with drip irrigation complete the ecosystem.
Built to Demonstrate, Designed to Teach
Every element of our farm is an integrated, zero-waste system. Fish waste feeds crops. Crop residue feeds livestock. Livestock manure feeds the ponds. It is agriculture as nature intended — circular, efficient, profitable.
The People Behind Dynagric
Our team combines veterinary science, agricultural engineering, and hands-on farming experience to deliver results on the ground.
Dr. Benjamin Kaguma
Dr. Kaguma oversees all livestock and aquaculture health at Dynagric. With expertise in veterinary medicine and aquatic animal health, he ensures our fish, pigs, and livestock thrive under the highest standards of organic care.
Additional team profiles coming soon. Dynagric's founder and team members will be featured here.
Come See It for Yourself
