We operate this website at dynagricug.com to provide information about our farm, services, and training programmes, and to accept enquiries from prospective visitors, farmers, and students.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry, booking request, or question.
• Confirm and coordinate farm visits, training bookings, or fish orders.

Contact form submissions are received by email to our staff. We do not maintain a centralised customer database. Emails and WhatsApp messages are stored on standard email and messaging platforms and are accessible only to authorised Dynagric staff.

We retain your contact information for as long as it is needed to service your enquiry, and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up questions. You may request deletion of your information at any time (see Section 6).

5. Third-Party Services

This website links to WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.) for direct messaging. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your use of that service is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We have no control over WhatsApp's data practices.

All fonts used on this website are self-hosted and loaded from our own server — no data is sent to third-party font services such as Google Fonts.
